The North Star
The North Star is the 100% ideal state of every department. The fact is, our industry is constantly evolving, so our North Star is always changing. We must learn to acknowledge what % we're at right now and determine the gap. Missions fill in the gap so we reach our 100% quicker.
Watch what happens once we hit it. The goalpost moves. It always does.
Every time we hit 100%, the star moves further out. That's the point, greatness isn't a finish line.
